The New Horizons “Kicks” Band will perform a concert at 7:00 PM on Monday, November 6 at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 4720 Galley Road, 80915. Directed by Tom Fowler, the jazz band will play compositions by our greatest arrangers including Sammy Nestico, Geoff Keezer and Mike Barone. Mike's arrangements are from the Tonight Show big band led by trumpeter Carl "Doc" Severinson. Featured soloists in the band include Trip Ziegler, keyboard, Brian Esch, tenor saxophone, Jeff Ader Trumpet, Lee Esch, trombones and Ron Beck, alto saxophone. The concert is free and open to the public. Come and join the New Horizon "Kicks" band for a great evening of big band jazz.
